Shayne’s journey began with the successful establishment and sale of a thriving pool maintenance business in North Queensland. His entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. During the pandemic, he took on the role of Queensland Business Development Manager for Australia’s largest pool equipment wholesaler, where he honed his expertise and deepened his passion for the industry.
But Shayne’s vision extended beyond just building businesses—he wanted to create a legacy. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, he founded Pool Maintenance & Safety Aust, followed by the rapid expansion into Best Pool Heating just a year later. These ventures not only showcased his ability to innovate but also his commitment to raising standards across the industry.
